Female genital mutilation (FGM) is performed on every continent (except Antarctica). The issue is global, but thankfully, so is the movement to end it. Wallace Global Fund has catalyzed and supported regional networks of organizations and activists committed to ending FGM around the world. The US End FGM Network, African Women Rights Advocates, the End FGM European Network, the End FGM Canada Network, the Inter-African Committee on Traditional Practices, and the End FGM/C Asia Network are helping to galvanize the growing global movement to end FGM and drive activism at the national, regional and international levels.
