Since its inception WGF Grantee Africans Rising have been working on the continent and across the diaspora to push governments, businesses, and NGOs towards climate and gender justice, democracy, and shared prosperity. This month they were honored with the 2024 Advancement Award for Social Justice and Advocacy.
